MEETING DATES & TIMES<\/strong>
The Upper Mount Bethel Township Board of Supervisors meets on the second and forth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building located at 387 Ye Olde Highway.

AGENDA POLICY<\/strong>
It is the policy of the Upper Mount Bethel Township Board of Supervisors that any resident who wishes to be placed on the agenda shall place the request in writing along with an explanation as to the reason for the request.

“All appointments or requests to be place on the agenda shall be made one (1) week before the scheduled public meeting. No appointments or individuals shall be placed on the agenda outside of this time period without specific direction from the Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors.” All requests will be reviewed by the Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors.

All Township Meetings are governed by the Sunshine Law.

MEETING CONDUCT<\/strong>
The Upper Mount Bethel Township Board of Supervisors hold public meetings to conduct the Township business and the Board of Supervisors wish to ensure that the conduct of its meetings complies with the Sunshine Act.

The Board of Supervisors want to provide reasonable opportunity at each meeting for residents and\/or taxpayers of Upper Mount Bethel Township to comment on matters of individual or Township concern and proposed official actions of the Board which may be before the Board. It is necessary to establish rules and regulations so as to conduct the Township’s business within a reasonable period of time and in an orderly manner at each meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n
